Inspiremark will provide the agreed Services as specified in written proposals or contracts. Any change or additional work requires written approval and may incur extra charges.

Payment Terms

Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. Services may be suspended or terminated for delayed payments. Refunds are provided only if explicitly stated in the contract.

Intellectual Property

All deliverables—including code, content, designs, and digital assets—remain the property of Inspiremark until full payment is received. Ownership transfers only upon full settlement as per contract terms. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Client Obligations

Clients guarantee that all materials and information provided are accurate, lawful, and free from third-party claims. Clients must cooperate and provide necessary inputs to enable Inspiremark to deliver the Services effectively.
